Dr. Miriam Shatley is a board certified dermatologist with 28 years of clinical experience. Dr. Shatley attended medical school at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Little Rock, AR and completed a pediatric residency at the University of Missouri, Columbia, MO. She completed 3 years of dermatology residency training at the University of Missouri and completed a special rotation in Pediatric Dermatology at Northwestern University in Chicago, IL, prior to entering private practice for 1 year.
Subsequently, Dr. Shatley matriculated to the University of Mississippi and served as faculty at the University of Mississippi Medical center and the G. V (Sonny) Montgomery VA Hospital, Jackson, MS for 10 years. Dr. Shatley has broad experience in adult and pediatric dermatology problems as well as cosmetic procedures, providing comprehensive and compassionate dermatologic care in a straightforward and Christian atmosphere at Belle Meade Medical Dermatology in Flowood, MS and Madison Medical Dermatology in Madison, MS.
